Sort of a thing of the past. Publishers have embraced the Book Club approach, even for more literary classics, so less rigorous questions are being asked. Harper Collinns, Penguin, and Random House are promoting their own book clubs.
A market for teacher-made materials has become significant, especially through Teachers Pay Teachers. And, that’s not a bad thing. |
